The challenged was to recreate a tipical Lisbon “vila” using lofts that would take advantage of the common areas between them. The gound floor, facing the main street, would be occupied by cowork and gallery spaces.
Taking advantage of a small patio and adding a contemporary spatiality to the existing structure, were some of the mais assets of this refurbishment project located in Lisbon.
New project online: the refurbishment of a house in Cascais is now completed.
Located next to the Tapada das Necessidades in Lisbon, the intervention consists of a three-storey structure plus attic, two exterior patios and a large terrace on the middle floor. The pre-existing building has been completely restored, transforming it into a single-unit family home.
