A set of plots, distinguished by their privileged location, both geographically within the city and also thanks to their urban integration. The building is divided into two parts; the lower floors, are dedicated to commercial units and parking, and the upper residential floors built above, form an interior courtyard at their centre. The residence sits around this courtyard, bringing a sense of landscape to the interior of the plot. At the courtyard level, two opposing sides are left open to ensure cross-ventilation and give a greater sense of openness of the courtyard. This chosen type of structure provides the form with flexibility, making possible to adapt the different type of apartments in accordance with market demands.
