Incorporate contemporary language into a pre-existing building
The proposal is based on the rehabilitation and incorporation of a new contemporary architectural object into a pre-existing building, guaranteeing an adaptation to the surroundings. The project seeks to divide into 11 single-family apartment with a private outdoor space. The Building nº 1, is characterized by the contemporary facade on a diferente plan of the pre-existing wall. Designed with 3 apartments per floor (typology T1, T2 and T3) with openings and large glazed windows facing south overlooking the river. The Building nº 2, is designed with only two floors and two apartments each, ensuring the view of the apartments of the north facade.
