Sun exposure and privacy within each lot

Consisting of seven dwellings, the Areia condominium is made up of 3 to 5 bedroom houses whose interior distributions are specially designed to make the most of the sun exposure and create privacy within each lot.

While featuring repeated volumes, each house is adapted to the configuration of the plot with its own unique architectural language, with two overlapping volumes taking advantage of their mismatch to create shady areas on the ground floor and terraces on the upper floor. Blind planes were created for areas with greater visual exposure to common areas of the condominium, while glazed planes maximise the relationship with the garden, a solution that creates distance between the neighbouring dwellings. Social areas are organised on the ground floor with direct access to the garden, distributing the suites along a continuous terrace on the upper floor.
