Bento Rocha Cabral 12 residential building is located in one of Lisbon’s urban regeneration areas. Since its construction, there has been great changes that modified its original shape. Per se, a two-story building to which two others were added, will possibly justify the asymmetric distribution of elements. Maintaining and recovering the existing volume, our architectural proposal intended to preserve the identity, thus introducing a more contemporary line connecting the past and present. Composed of four-family dwellings, the close relationship with the inner courtyard leads and distributes the natural lighting to the whole compound.
