Optimisation of each person's spatial experience

The entrance is through a central core that leads to the distribution area, distinguished by a lounge space filled with natural light. Meeting rooms are arranged along the glazed façades, taking advantage of solar exposure, while the interior of the space is reserved for circulation, support areas, and waiting zones. It is in these inner areas that the use of wood stands out, selectively cladding vertical surfaces and contrasting with the ceiling, where linear light openings are emphasised.
