Santo Aleixo 14

A sculptural piece that encloses the square

A unique creation where mass was removed, giving rise to ample glazed planes and outdoor leisure areas.

This residential apartment block brings new dimensions to the end of the block. Seeking to fit into the surrounding area through the definition of shape, this monolithic building closes off the square it is located in, like a sculpted work. A unique creation where mass was removed, giving rise to ample glazed planes and outdoor leisure areas. The 5 apartments - studio, one- and two-bedroom - are made up of ample spaces and are closely related both to the adjacent outdoor areas and the visual framework of the exterior. A building that stands out for its appearance without imposing itself on the surrounding area, integrating seamlessly into it.
