Santo Aleixo 14
This multifamily residential building defines a new volumetric composition at the corner of a city block. Seeking to harmonise with its surroundings through its formal expression, it presents itself as a monolithic element that completes the square in which it sits, standing as a sculptural object. It is a singular volume, from which mass has been strategically removed to create large glazed surfaces and, in places, outdoor living areas. The five apartments feature generous interior spaces, closely connected to the exterior and the surrounding views. The building stands out through its material expression while fitting volumetrically into the context.
